Return & Refund Policy
We want every collector to be satisfied with their piece. If your order doesn't meet expectations, we'll make it right.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition including packaging. Limited edition or final sale watches are non-returnable.
📦 How to Start a Return
Email our support team at harryheirlooms@outlook.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a return shipping address. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your watch arrived damaged or defective, send clear photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
🔄 Exchanges
To exchange for another style, request a return and place a new order for the replacement.
🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
Any item not in original condition, damaged through wear, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any return request made more than 30 days after delivery.
