Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Times

United States: Estimated delivery 7–18 business days. International Orders: Estimated delivery 10–20 business days, depending on location. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size. Free shipping promotions when available will be clearly displayed on our site.

🌍 International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Harry Heirlooms is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

🛡️ Damaged or Lost Packages

If your watch arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at harryheirlooms@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll replace or refund your order. If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
